Public Sector Projects

Our Lead Consultant has worked extensively with Ghana’s public sector, partnering with multiple ministries on projects that brought policy closer to the people. At the Ministry of Trade and Industry through the Ghana Free Zones Authority, he helped shape communications to position Ghana as a hub for investment and export-led growth. With the Ministry of Information, he consulted on national messaging and public engagement to strengthen citizen trust. His role as Technical Advisor and Head of the Delivery Unit at the Ministry of Works and Housing saw him running the Minister’s secretariat and supporting affordable housing and water-related policy initiatives. He has also worked alongside the Ministry of Finance and MiDA to frame the Economic Enclave Projects as a pathway to agricultural and industrial transformation, and with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as communications consultant for the launch and nationwide rollout of Ghana’s chip-embedded passport in 2024. At the Ministry of Communications, he contributed to two landmark programs: the 112 Unified Emergency Number and the Coding for Girls in ICT initiative, advancing both citizen safety and digital inclusion.
